Great customer service polite and professional
Do not rent space from this place, the property manager Ferrell is a complete scam artist if you’re looking to rent a commercial space from him. He will not return your calls or messages unless you tell him it’s an emergency regarding the property. If you need permits signed he will keeping you waiting halfway through your lease then make excuses on why you can’t do your business on his properties but offer it to the neighboring renters from under you. Overall a bad experience with a horrible business owner.
Could not get in to put things into a locker due to error in input of our info. Very frustrating and apparently a common problem
