I hired Twice The Magic as day of coordinators and cannot recommend them enough! They enhanced the day not only by keeping things organized and helping set up, but also by hyping everyone up and keeping the energy where it should be. They weren’t even really day of coordinators but ended up being month of coordinators with everything they helped with and all the good ideas they had. Love them!

This team is amazing and the smooth and friendly process was amazing!
Lyn and Natlie were day of coordinators for my wedding in September. I was impressed with their communication, organization and general planning expertise. The day of our wedding, they were champs! We were supposed to have an outdoor wedding but, in true KC fashion, a line of thunderstorms forced us inside. They worked their butts off to move tables inside and clear an aisle etc. I can’t say enough great things about them. Highly recommend!
