I worked with Alex Courtney from summer-fall of 2021. At that time I extreme tightness in my back around my T11 as well as an injury to my TA after a failed workout session back in Dec. 2020. With the catered moves Alex puts together, it has helped relieve the pain and since the movements are easy to do at any free part of the day - my back feels wonderful and the tightness in my TA as lessened to were I can now twist fully without stupid tight pain!
