Sent an email to Hunter-Douglas stating that I need a very large (59"H x 96"W) shade re-strung. The following day, I received a telephone call from TWG. The store offered me in-store or at-home repair. I chose the latter, made an appointment for Monday morning at 11:00. A very nice young man arrived right on time. He had knowledge in his head and skill in his hands. In an hour, the job was done to perfection. I am very satisfied with TWG.

Norman and David are great to work with. We ordered blinds from TWG for our entire house. They provide excellent customer service and great quality products. I would definitely recommend them!
Just had my Roman shades install and so very happy with everything from start to finish Norman made it easy with estimate to having them installed and I absolutely love them I highly recommend twg they were the only company that was able To make one whole shade to fit my windows and did amazing job !!
