We had Hunter Douglas blinds on three windows and a patio door installed.The quality of the materials is excellent and TWGs customer service is top notch. We had an issue with the window blinds not being as close to the windows as we would like, which let in too much light. This was due to our house construction and no fault of TWG. We contacted TWG and they came back and reinstalled the blinds to be closer to the sills which resolved the problem. I can say enough good things about the service I received from TWG for my window treatments. The remote control window covings and the door panels are exquisite. They were meticulous with measuring and installation. I highly recommend!
Sent an email to Hunter-Douglas stating that I need a very large (59"H x 96"W) shade re-strung. The following day, I received a telephone call from TWG. The store offered me in-store or at-home repair. I chose the latter, made an appointment for Monday morning at 11:00. A very nice young man arrived right on time. He had knowledge in his head and skill in his hands. In an hour, the job was done to perfection. I am very satisfied with TWG.
