Disappointing experience after purchase. I bought a vehicle from this dealer and later noticed scratches on the windshield. Unfortunately, the negative reviews for this dealer are accurate — and I wish we had trusted them before purchasing. We bought a vehicle that had scratches on the windshield which were present before delivery but never disclosed. The issue was later confirmed by checking pre-delivery photos. Update: Yes, I’m not stupid. It was definitely Geebung behind Ford. Sales person was an older gentleman. Instead of being defensive, perhaps improve your customer skills. Won’t be returning here based on my experience today. Salesman was quite unnecessarily rude. I had a good walk around the car and decided I wasn’t keen based on the number of cosmetic blemishes that I’d want to get fixed up. I thought I was doing him a favour by saying that I didn’t want to waste his time so I won’t take it out for a test drive. He was quit... read more
