Please please please look at a different insurance provider. Where to start. I had a water leak happen in my master bathroom one day and had an inspector and plumber come out to discover the issue. Fast forward one week and I ended up filing a claim with mercury. Not only has it been over a month long process. They have denied my claim because the incident "must have occurred over 14 days". Not that great. I haven't been there over5 yes due to they are to busy talking in kitchen then helping the costermers.
Emailed agent (Anthony) requesting a quote. No response and it's been over 24-hours. I also asked two others to quote and voila, got both within a few hours. Guess who I'm going to hire? This agency is a joke.
