Dealing with Mercury Insurance is a nightmare. A Geico client, named Wendy Bonner hit my car, chipped my paint, while driving a white Nissan Armada-and Mercury would not even do its due dilgence to stand up for me as THEIR client, because she was “NOT there”. Her awful som kicked my door and chipped my paint. She and I exchanged words, we SPOKE about the damaged and she denied it. Mercury costs us over $5K a year annually and they did nothing as a client. Please save your money and find a new insurance provider.
Please please please look at a different insurance provider. Where to start. I had a water leak happen in my master bathroom one day and had an inspector and plumber come out to discover the issue. Fast forward one week and I ended up filing a claim with mercury. Not only has it been over a month long process. They have denied my claim because the incident "must have occurred over 14 days".
