Stephen Lovecchio is probably the best and most helpful sales consultant I have ever dealt with. He is pretty much not through with our call without knowing he has provided every service that may be desired or just helpful. Wish I could find a way to hook up all my requirements through him.
99 times out of 100, no one answers the phone. Worse than that, you can’t even leave a message on their voice mail system. It’s like an endless loop of messages with NO option to leave a message. And this is when I’m trying to RENEW my policy. God help me if I ever have to file a claim.
