I’m a senior and new to this practice. Thus far, I’ve had a very positive experience. I came here for a 2nd opinion because I was told I needed 2 new crowns at my previous dentist. The front office women, Maxie and Myra are welcoming and professional. At my first appointment with Dr. Cheng, I got x-rays and after a really thorough examination, he determined that I “didn’t” need 2 new crowns, (a huge relief). We spent a huge amount of money on laser tongue tie release for our 7 week old, and it was the biggest mistake we've ever made as parents. Over 3 years later, I still shudder thinking about the process, the prescribed exercises after the surgery, and the horror of our child not eating from all the mouth trauma. There was a lot of warm, helpful communication from the doctor before the surgery, but almost nothing after. I had an extraction and a post done a week ago. Very happy how I didn't feel any discomfort, no swelling really no bleeding. If anyone is looking for a Dentist that will take care of you I definitely would refer Dr Chang and his assistant. Thank for taking care of me.
