My husband and I are semi retired, and have been at 20 Westgate apartments since September 2024. I can't understand the negative reviews! If ever there is an issue of any type, the staff managing sees to it that it is addressed immediately! Never any disappointing interactions of any kind. These apartments are spacious and well tended to in every way. We love that this is a neighborhood where everybody works, and past 10 p.m.,it very quiet and calm. Thank you, John, and Lynn. Greedy, nasty people. Avoid this place.
10/15/24 literally one day later after I updated my post manager from the apartments is trying to tell me that there is water damage a month after I have left. Like literally coming up with any type of excuses to try and con me out of money luckily we have video proof that there is no leaks. This place has no self respect. please for the love of god everyone protect yourslef against this company. The manager will try and bully you. This place sucks! They move toddlers and small rowdy kids upstairs from adults who need sleep for work living downstairs. They don't enforce the quiet hours which is the law. Have fun trying to sleep. They accept illegals and section 8, so enjoy living around trashy, loud, rude people who don't even pay half the rent you have to work your butt off to pay these greedy people.
