Greedy, nasty people. Avoid this place.
10/15/24 literally one day later after I updated my post manager from the apartments is trying to tell me that there is water damage a month after I have left. Like literally coming up with any type of excuses to try and con me out of money luckily we have video proof that there is no leaks. This place has no self respect. please for the love of god everyone protect yourslef against this company. The manager will try and bully you. This place sucks! They move toddlers and small rowdy kids upstairs from adults who need sleep for work living downstairs. They don't enforce the quiet hours which is the law. Have fun trying to sleep. They accept illegals and section 8, so enjoy living around trashy, loud, rude people who don't even pay half the rent you have to work your butt off to pay these greedy people. I have been a renter for the last 10 years and I have never experienced more unprofessional and inconsiderate individuals in my life. This is definitely a company (Maven Properties NW) that buys apartments solely for the income off of monthly rental fees and all other fees they deem "necessary". They also don't seem to manage/train their local property managers.
