My third infusion provider and by far the best one. My insurance and doctor were not communicating and TwelveStone stepped up and coordinated so I wouldn’t have to reschedule or miss my treatment. Everyone was super nice and helpful. I have high anxiety and felt very comfortable there. Highly recommend.
If you have to get an infusion, this is the only place to go! The rooms are so clean and comfortable, and the staff is so kind and compassionate! They treat you like family here. God bless them all.
Called to just get more information. Lady told me she couldn’t help me without a referral. I told her I understood I just wanted to know if there was a major difference between seeing them or going directly to a hematologist. She said she doesn’t know, I would need to talk to my dr. Website claims staff is professional and knowledgeable. Doesn’t seem like it.
The staff are very kind, professional and attentive to every need. The facility is very clean and extremely comfortable. If one has to have an infusion, I highly recommend Twelve Stone!
