Ripoff artists that don’t tell you the actual price after mandatory fees or deposit amounts or applicant selection criteria. Isn’t that illegal? It was weird Martha wanted me to Zelle/cash app huge non-refundable fees before they’d show me a lease. Shady. They aren’t licensed with the real estate commission either.
Every bit of the leasing experience was deceitful and dishonest. They advertised one lease price but then charged substantial surprise up-front fees and undisclosed ongoing required monthly fees. Junk fee bonanza. I experienced deceptive, fabricated and unfair charges at move-out; charges for normal wear-and-tear, charges for damages that existed before I moved in, and even renovations. rent and fees increases 8-10% per year. 3rd year renewal added up to 1850 while ads online for 1525. Use “drip pricing”: fees tacked on after applying. I hate this. It hasn't even been 31 days!!!!! We were pushed to leave a good review. Our downstairs bathroom was flooding for over a week... they took care of it...its been 85° in my room every night, they tried. But they took two money orders and said it was "floating in the universe somewhere" Money doesn't do that and im not stupid. So we were TOLD.... CANCEL THE MONEY ORDERS.... 5 TIMES!!!!! I just moved into an apartment here and the experience has been absolutely fantastic. Martha made it an extremely smooth process for me and was extremely helpful along the way! Great apartments to live in! I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for an amazing community!
