I booked a Twelve12 Foundation & Flat twist today with Ms. Indea. I would like to point out that her customer service skills is a magical 10/10. She was so gentle with my hair and politely addressed all of my concerns to improve my hair journey. My scalp felt so rejuvenated and moisturized. My flat twist came out so lovely. I also appreciate how courteous the scheduling coordinator is. I've been a client for over a year now and love every experience. Blessings...
