Very knowledgeable staff. Perfectly clean, efficient work. Peyton, Justin and crew were fantastic at handling all aspects of the job. I will definitely use Twelve Oaks again.
I recently contacted Twelve Oaks to remove a tree that another company had mistakenly de-limbed, and from initial contact with Kelly through to booking and work completed, my feeling is one of complete satisfaction. Peyton gave us a reasonable estimate and Kelly wasted no time in scheduling the work a few days after the estimate was given. Tree removal and cleanup was excellent. Their arborists Justin and Peyton evaluated the tree condition in our backyard and guided us through the entire process that involved permit application for removal. I found Twelve Oaks Tree Service online. They responded quickly and professionally. Peyton came to assess the job in short order and understood what we wanted done. Kelly, from the office, maintained constant contact and provided a very reasonable estimate. Peyton and his assistant came to complete the job in a matter of days. They did exactly as planned and left my property clean and tidy. I would not hesitate to use them again and plan to mention them to my neighbors.
Twelve Oaks took down 3 cedars, a crab apple and pruned a maple for us. It was a clean quick job. Peyton was great, he and his brother offered great advice. It's a good experience working with people with good knowledge, experience and friendliness. Will definitely be calling on them again!!!
