The place is really nice but the admin is like a total nurse Ratchet which ruins it and has very negative impacts on the seniors living there. So much wasted potential!
This place was a godsend in the midst of one of the most difficult period both personally and historically. My Dad took a fall in Feb and was moved into a local SNF. Three weeks later lockdown! Twelve Oaks Senior Living is a gem! I have been involved with Twelve Oaks since my daughter was in National Charity League and the community was our main philanthropy. Since then, the property has undergone a significant renovation and it is BEAUTIFUL. The community was founded nearly 80 years ago, is an icon in the community and is on nearly five-acres of park like grounds and the residents love the open feel because of this.
