Would love to see it reoccupied. I live down the street and walk around the deserted campus often because it's very serene.
The place is really nice but the admin is like a total nurse Ratchet which ruins it and has very negative impacts on the seniors living there. So much wasted potential!
This place was a godsend in the midst of one of the most difficult period both personally and historically. My Dad took a fall in Feb and was moved into a local SNF. Three weeks later lockdown!
