Very disappointed with the management at Twelve Oaks at Schaumburg. We have been repeatedly told that the stairs would be repaired, but nothing has been done. In addition, the common areas are dirty and poorly maintained. Lack of follow-through and honesty has been frustrating. Management needs to take residents’ concerns seriously.

For a townhome community, it is nice. Good people...Close to interstate. The Assessment fees are reasonable
I’ve lived here for a few years now, and the place is always kept respectable. If the occupants of the properties took more time to take care of the stuff, things would look a lot nicer. They’ve been practicing very good regular maintenance of items and upkeep The office is delivered some unhappy news to me in the past, but they’ve always been honest and fair. I can’t fault them for the facts Jackie at the office is very nice
