For a townhome community, it is nice. Good people...Close to interstate. The Assessment fees are reasonable
I’ve lived here for a few years now, and the place is always kept respectable. If the occupants of the properties took more time to take care of the stuff, things would look a lot nicer. They’ve been practicing very good regular maintenance of items and upkeep The office is delivered some unhappy news to me in the past, but they’ve always been honest and fair. I can’t fault them for the facts Jackie at the office is very nice
I think place is good for living there. Location is very good near I-90, place is clean and very nice. Good community. It’s very bad that they do not have shut off water valve for each condo unit. Any plumbing work you have to do then city and Plumbar make good money. This condo is not profitable for investment. They have their association laws which we have to follow then there is no issue.
