For a townhome community, it is nice. Good people...Close to interstate. The Assessment fees are reasonable
I’ve lived here for a few years now, and the place is always kept respectable. If the occupants of the properties took more time to take care of the stuff, things would look a lot nicer. They’ve been practicing very good regular maintenance of items and upkeep The office is delivered some unhappy news to me in the past, but they’ve always been honest and fair. I think place is good for living there. Location is very good near I-90, place is clean and very nice. Good community. It’s very bad that they do not have shut off water valve for each condo unit. Any plumbing work you have to do then city and Plumbar make good money. This condo is not profitable for investment. They have their association laws which we have to follow then there is no issue. Don't buy a property here. The HOA is godawful. Jackie, who works in property office, is racist and discriminates against residents that are minorities. I've had nothing but poor interactions with all of the managing staff - Pedro, Jackie, Kim, Jennifer. They all try to use scare tactics and threaten residents with fines. I have years of documentation to support this. So glad I sold my property last year! 10/10 would not recommend.
