Twelve Oaks is a wonderful place for seniors. They offer both memory care and assisted living, so it’s perfect for different needs!
A lovely place for all seniors. Both the Assisted Living and Memory Care are a great place for your loved one if you are searching for a place for them to call home.
Twelve Oaks Assisted Living Facility provided exceptional care for my mother when she was evacuated during Hurricane Helene. The staff went above and beyond to ensure she felt safe, comfortable and cared for during a challenging time. Their attentiveness, kindness, and professionalism created a sense of home for her, even in the midst of uncertainty. The facility's dedication to the residents' well-being left a lasting impression and gave our family immense peace of mind.
I would never recommend ANYONE put their family member here. When visiting this facility I noticed mold growing in toilet bathrooms, sinks with dirt in them, no visible trashcans, dirt all over the floor, roaches crawling everywhere, mice, etc. I also noticed that the floors looked like they hadn't been moped or swept in ages.
