Been using Twelve Mile for 24 years and have always had superior service. I don’t understand the negative reviews. I have never had them not respond to my questions or not answer the phone the few times I have had an issue. They are here every week no matter what the weather. As far as the trucks being dirty. Well it is a GARBAGE truck. I don’t care how tidy it looks as long as it takes my garbage.
