We had Michael and Melissa cater our fundraising event - also held at their event space, Merrimack Valley Railroad Function Hall and we received SO many amazing compliments on their food as well as the event space. The grazing table they set up was a work of ART. They were so kind and easy to coordinate with. I highly recommend them and their event space for your next event needs.
From the day I reached out to Michael, he was great to work with. He walked me through the process, worked with our budget and truly provided a great service. He catered our event at the Merrimack Valley Railroad Function Hall; passed hors d'oeuvres, created a stunning grazing table and gave our guests a great evening! We are so thankful for their catering - the scallops wrapped in bacon.- talk of the night! Thank you Michael and Melissa!
Melissa, Michael, and Viola were absolute GEMS during our non-profit function. Our guests enjoyed every dish presented, and they were all beautifully prepared appetizers to be passed around. The layout of food was also stunning. Beautifully done, and more importantly, delicious. Thank you!
We can’t thank Michael at Twelve31 enough for their addition to our wedding weekend. We used their tray catering for rehearsal dinner and got so many compliments on how yummy the food was.
