Wow! What a great company for hard-to-find RV parts. We were tired of paying 120% markups at our local RV dealerships. Shipping is speedy, and customer service called us twice to verify the shipping info was correct. Found an awing part for 14$ that even Amazon wanted 89$.
The package was damaged in shipping; however, part working as it should and i blame ups. Need more companies like this.
Just ordered a Demco Auto Slide from Tom on the phone. Couldn't have been easier and he asked me confirmation questions to make sure I was getting the right fifth wheel hitch for my GMC. Hard to find good help these days but Tom was great, thank you very much!
