We have been trying to find a board and care facility for our mother. My sister was very patient with Eloise never calling her back when she said she was going to. Never sending even an e-mail or text. This went on for about 3 weeks and she never found any places. She wasted 3 weeks of our time which we did not have. I would not have given any stars at all but you have to. Anyone who needs help, Joy Loverten at Senior Placement is wonderful! She gets 5 stars
Your guidance and support has been God sent as my sister and I try to figure out the best possible options for mom.
