My mom and I visited the marina / gift shop trying to find my husband a shirt that he had previously purchased from here many years ago. The ladies there were so helpful. They helped us find everything that we were looking for. They even offered to have Tshirts shipped to us because they were out of the sizes we were looking for. A+++ customer service. We can't wait to receive the Tshirts.
We just did 3 days here. We decided to do a “staycation” (we live about and hour and 1/2 away from the resort) this place has that old Florida charm, now I will say, I’ve read and experienced the rooms AC issues, we slept very hot and somewhat uncomfortable, BUT it’s also summer in Florida, even my house has trouble keeping up with the heat. Fantastic facility for family reunion-- alot of different activities from beach, shelling, fishing, relaxing in the pool, relaxing in the spa, kayaking, biking ........perfect for family with multiple age groups. Employees are very kind, helpful and professional. Highly recommend
Location and activities are great. However the rooms are terrible. Spend your money elsewhere.
