We have been all over Florida and stayed many places. Tween Waters is the best Family Vacation spot in Southwest Florida. Perfect for a wedding and for families as there is no shortage of fun and activities for all. We have been going to Tween almost annually for many years and one thing we notice is the lack of staff turnover which means they take care of their employees and everyone has pride in their work and it shows.
Great place to rest and relax! Needs repairs.
I would give it a score of 60%. There were positive features but customer service failed. I had called before arriving to insure an item would be in my room, upon arrival it was not and required 2 additional phone calls. We had a problem with the entry door in our room, they said a faulty door stop. We had a do not disturb on the door and when we returned from the pool,OUR DOOR WAS OPENED! The place is beautiful. The accommodations are nice. My room, could use some TLC. The 1/4 round in the bathroom isn’t too good. The doors could use some paint. The cupboards could be a bit more stocked. Our side table outside was dirty with pop spills on them. The views are stunning and the employees were SO great!!!! Just wish there had been hot water during our stay.
