What I would suggest to others is that when you make an appointment for mobile service, make sure you know The Upfront cost before they get there. I was told by the front desk after the third time of finally getting through to them on the phone and not being put on hold for 6 minutes, that their team would call me 30 minutes before their arrival and then tell me what the cost would be.
