Simultaneously delighted and, disappointingly disgusted!! … so this is a split review and I’ll explain the four stars - it’s complicated!! After an overpriced service of $1k+ on my Tiguan, my car was given back to me full of marks and details. Also when we complained about the marks it was said “this is because you park your car under a tree”. But I believe the marks on the pictures comes from a mechanic dirty hands. The team are friendly, But if it to charge a top fee in the service, I would expect a great outcome, not just average.
Went here a couple of times and the service was quite poor. Always took way too long for a basic service (whole day?) never cleaned the car or did the most ridiculously poor job, old guy was rude, unless they’ve majorly improved their service in the past year I would definitely go to any other VW dealership.
