After leaving my car there over the weekend for a service, came back with dints along the roof top. Managers didnt want to take responsibility. Do not leave your car here for any reason. Not even a service, truly shocking behaviour
Extremely disappointed. Purchased a vehicle online and collected only to realize the next day that this was a different model to being advertised. I drove 7 hrs to collect this vehicle so I can't just pop in. Have tried contacting VW customer service and the dealership, with no one willing to talk to me. This should have been dealt with immediately - THREE WEEKS later and still no one willing to speak to me. Buyer beware. This should have been dealt with immediately but 10 days on and nothing. Buyer be very aware. I have gone to ACCC and will be discussing further with Fairtrading NSW.
I bought my VW here years ago. The purchase experience wasn’t too bad aside from they tried to sell me camera and coatings well above market price(always double check and take due diligence). The problem started afterwards. The regular services turned out to be very expensive, they recommended replacing the parts within few years, while under 30,000kms. Very disappointed with complete lack of communication from the sales staff. I arranged a test drive at least 2 weeks in advance - arrived early on the day and was told I would be contacted by the salesperson - went for a coffee - returned 4 hours later after no call, was told to wait, and left half hour later still not having been attended to. Nothing will encourage me to return to that dealership.
