I had a Vw golf that I booked for service, after 3 days and paying, I got a message it was ready to be collected, then I got a call later that the car doesn’t start, I would need another $3k to fix the problem they found. I called a few motor lawyers but eventually I just gave up and gave the car away

Simultaneously delighted and, disappointingly disgusted!! … so this is a split review and I’ll explain the four stars - it’s complicated!! After an overpriced service of $1k+ on my Tiguan, my car was given back to me full of marks and details. Also when we complained about the marks it was said “this is because you park your car under a tree”. But I believe the marks on the pictures comes from a mechanic dirty hands. The team are friendly, But if it to charge a top fee in the service, I would expect a great outcome, not just average.
