I bought my VW here years ago. The purchase experience wasn’t too bad aside from they tried to sell me camera and coatings well above market price(always double check and take due diligence). The problem started afterwards. The regular services turned out to be very expensive, they recommended replacing the parts within few years, while under 30,000kms. Very disappointed with complete lack of communication from the sales staff. I arranged a test drive at least 2 weeks in advance - arrived early on the day and was told I would be contacted by the salesperson - went for a coffee - returned 4 hours later after no call, was told to wait, and left half hour later still not having been attended to. Nothing will encourage me to return to that dealership.

We purchased a VW ID.4 in early December and were most impressed by how we were received by Warren. Not your usual false salesperson but one genuinely interested in the customer. The car we purchased was available to be picked up a couple of days prior to what was promised, fully charged as one might expect. Warren took us through how to operate the car - our first EV purchase and haven't looked back. Love the car, thanks.

Avoid their service department, absolute joke. Told by our local mechanic that our sensors issue had to be looked at by an electronic diagnostic specialist, went to Tweed Heads where we bought it, and the one they had had left and nobody had walked through the door yet. I was stunned only one knew how to do the job. I went to VW Robina, also owned by Friselle Sunshine and was screwed around by them for 10 and a half weeks, 8 of them without a car.
