Matt the mechanic at TVSC is beyond accommodating, he is a straight shooter, always fair and a great problem solver when it comes to vehicles. I highly recommend Matt and his great team at Tweed Valley Service Center. Tracey at the front desk is beyond helpful and always greets you with a smile.
I came highly recommended to have my van serviced here Did me a very dodgy service a few months ago… failed to tighten the wheel nuts on my car correctly after checking the breaks, my wheel then flew off on the highway a few days later… When I returned to inform them of the incident they were very rude, uncooperative and failed to take accountability for their actions leading me to get fair work involved for them to pay for the further damaged caused to my car after their service. Will not be returning, would not recommend
