After reading advertisements in the local paper about bulk billing quote “early detection save lives” I made the phone call to book in…… I was told that I need to have a positive skin cancer test to be seen by the Doctor as a new patient. He won’t do a skin check but will do the procedure! After asking the receptionist about the advertisement and early detection he got very defensive and rude. Only a question mate
Dr Parker- Quick, efficient, seems to know his stuff, freezes off as needed. Milton on reception even called me back quickly when I left my glasses in the room. No problems
After being sat in his room for 15mins reading his reviews is decided to walk out. Booked in with Dr Richard Boyd St Tugun who has amazing reviews. Bedside manner matters. Your want to be a professional matter. Reviews matter..
DR PARKER 🤬 needs to retire, the RUDEST man I’ve ever come across, I pre booked a skin cancer check at a skin cancer clinic presuming the Dr would know why I was there ha I paid via eftpos $75 on entering as informed when I booked, I waited in an empty reception, waited almost 40 min when he walked in with a puzzled look no apology for the wait and asked why I was there and I simply said for a skin cancer check, he then said well we do all sorts of different procedures here, I said again I booked a skin cancer check wouldn’... read more
Wouldn't even give this clinic one star!!! Appalling and very unprofessional level of service. I found D.R "Glen Parker" extremely rude and disrespectful listening to the way he speaks to his patients, his care factor is 0. I am also very surprised how this clinic is still in operation.... after reading their reviews there seems to be a ongoing pattern of negative feedback.
