Shop staff are helpful, but the Navimow H series is crap! Whilst this mower does cut the grass in the middle of the yard well; 1. It took close to 20 attempts to get the mapping set, 2. It does not cut close to the boundary so I still have to use a "normal" mower every few weeks, 3. It cost an extra $350 to buy longer cables etc - set up is not simple. 4. Bought two husky 522 whipper snippers from this shop, old owners of shop, expensive and hopefully quality....original owner said bring them back for a free service.......meantime new owners take over. Went back for free service....."oh no that's the previous owners, so no, they don't need it and we cannot do it.
