My experience overall with this practice has been good. It's a shame they have lost Dr Nick Tupper, he's been great. I've heard good things from from friends who see Dr Randeep, I will be seeing him in future. Unfortunately when I booked my last appointment I was told Dr Nick was no longer working there so I saw another doctor. I found her rude, dismissive and non-empathetic. She came across as quite judgemental in her attitude. I've since heard from a couple of people that they have had similar experiences with her.
Saw Dr. Vinay Bhalla. Felt like he wasn’t taking what I said seriously & told me that I could be overthinking my symptoms because I have anxiety. When I questioned him he got very frustrated & told me I was “wasting his time”.
Absolutely terrible and rude staff. The secretary there was terrible, unkind , lacked empathy and couldn’t care less that she hung up on me after she didn’t know how to clearly explain practice issues at the office. She wouldn’t listen to my needs or my questions about it who to book in with, she didn’t rebook me, or even put in a booking for me or my daughter. Doctors and Receptionists are excellent they know me I feel connected and comfortable I never have to wait and they call me at home sometimes to check my appointments
Lovely staff members and timely reminders are sent before each appointment
