I can’t comment on the service department, but my experience with sales at Tweed Hyundai wasn’t good. I was interested in a model where production is winding up, and was keen to work with a dealer who could secure one for me. Had an issue with my speedo/odometer (both stopped working), so I took my Hyundai Accent here and was told it was just an old battery. I replaced the battery, but the problem came back almost straight away. Took it back a second time and was charged 2 hours labour, and they still couldn’t figure it out. Its heartening to see so many happy reviews from customers who have brought their cars in for a service. It should be 5 star service and nothing less but bring in an older car out of warrentee with a mechanical issue and the first people you speak to all tell you they are not a technician but they need all your details so they can start charging you before they know what your problem is.
