Its heartening to see so many happy reviews from customers who have brought their cars in for a service. It should be 5 star service and nothing less but bring in an older car out of warrentee with a mechanical issue and the first people you speak to all tell you they are not a technician but they need all your details so they can start charging you before they know what your problem is. My car was originally booked in for a part replacement, and I ended up booking a service which the team were able to accommodate for me at short notice. Right from the time I booked the appointment, all the way through to getting my keys and driving away, their service was exceptional - and I don't say that lightly. They explained exactly what was going to happen, how much it would cost and they would not do anything unnecessary without speaking to me first. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ After purchasing a car from further north, we realised once back in NSW and registering our new Hyundai, that we didn’t have enough bolts to secure the number plates. We ducked into Hyundai Tweed to ask what bolts we needed and where we could get them from, and two lovely ladies there went above and beyond, by helping us out and giving us some bolts on the spot. Unfortunately we didn’t catch their names, but the service was friendly, helpful, and much appreciated. Highly recommend Hyundai Tweed! Thank you!

If you’re a female DONT’T BOTHER, the english sales manger Zach thought it was appropriate to call myself and my friend slags as we left which is discussing and sexiest. Will be taking our complaint to Hyundai Australia. Its 2025 and Women should not be treated this way.
