Dr Jessica Crump is a great doctor. Highly recommended her as a GP if you are pregnant or trying to conceive.
I’m really disappointed with how difficult it’s become to see my regular GP at this clinic. Appointment booked and still ended up waiting over an hour past and 20 minutes the scheduled time. Unfortunately, I had to leave without being seen because they of needing to get back to other commitments. I completely understand that healthcare can be unpredictable and delays happen but when telling the front desk apparently I “should know this and expect it” from this GP. Been here a few times over the years, always very helpful. Urgent Care Clinic is a good addition, saves you driving to ED in Kingy. Reception Staff are cute.
Unfortunately had a very irritating experience here with a GP who insisted on unnecessary testing and set pointless appointments for me in the name of generating more income. There was a time I got called in to receive results only to be told when I got there I had no results and I needed to call the hospital myself to be given them. The hospital was very confused when I spoke to them and said it was entirely the responsibility of the clinic to call for these.
