Today we had a very unfortunate appointment for my 98 year old grandmother that was very disappointing at the skin clinic! On top of Emily originally removing the bandage and looking at it she then proceeded to leave my nan with her wound uncleaned and rebandaged to work with other patients. While they are very busy we would have preferred the already infected wound to not have been started without intent to finish it up. Dr Jessica Crump is a great doctor. Highly recommended her as a GP if you are pregnant or trying to conceive.
I’m really disappointed with how difficult it’s become to see my regular GP at this clinic. Appointment booked and still ended up waiting over an hour past and 20 minutes the scheduled time. Unfortunately, I had to leave without being seen because they of needing to get back to other commitments. I completely understand that healthcare can be unpredictable and delays happen but when telling the front desk apparently I “should know this and expect it” from this GP.
