On 10/9/2026 I had an appointment at the Terranora clinic to syringe my ear. After multiple attempts using tweezers etc Dr and nurse could not clear it. Paid $88.31 got $45.05 credit from Medicare. I was Advised by both nurse and receptionist to book for a suction appt at their Tweed clinic. They said it would cost $99 and I would get a rebate from Medicare. On 17/9/2026 I went to the desk was sent down the hallway 5 mins tops finished. Went to the desk told payment was $98.50 paid that got a Medicare refund of $45.05. Meanw... read more

Wait times are long for appointments but drs are doing their best. The pathology section have lovely, caring staff. Can be a few people there at opening but then it calms down. We use the skin clinic there ,have had no issues personally, they seem very professional and do their best to see everyone. Grumbles from people waiting can be heard, but where do you not have to wait these days. The medicare urgent section, ive only had to use it once, but thank goodness it's there for anyone. I’ve noticed that the experience with one of the doctors at this clinic doesn’t feel the same anymore. You can really feel the difference when a doctor seems less interested in engaging with you or understanding your concerns. The consultation felt rushed, and I didn’t feel the same level of care or empathy that I had expected. I understand that doctors can be busy, but on this particular occasion, there wasn’t even a long line or a busy waiting room, so I was disappointed to feel like the consultation was being rushed.
