Its so bad that I would never buy a jeep again, in order to avoid dealing with these people. I'm now considering selling my jeep, just so I don't have to go back there again.
We purchased a Wrangler through Julia. This is the best service we have had while purchasing a car!! No pressure, just good service
Had the car booked in and paid a tow truck to drop it off. They made a mistake on their end and cancelled the booking. Still refused the tow truck and wouldn't look at the Car until another month. I was told to call the main line to sort it out. Their manager called me back and said to bring it down. Turns out they put it through to Southport rather than back to Tweed.
My car’s wiper motor stopped working OVER a month ago. And I was told they couldn’t get me in for over a month. I have been driving around in the rain with no wipers. I called them every 3-4 days to see if they could get me in. And they honestly didn’t care about the dangerous conditions I was driving in. Once the time finally came around, I was told my service would finish at 12pm. So I waited around rather than getting a hire car.
