Its so bad that I would never buy a jeep again, in order to avoid dealing with these people. I'm now considering selling my jeep, just so I don't have to go back there again.
We purchased a Wrangler through Julia. This is the best service we have had while purchasing a car!! No pressure, just good service
Had the car booked in and paid a tow truck to drop it off. They made a mistake on their end and cancelled the booking. Still refused the tow truck and wouldn't look at the Car until another month. I was told to call the main line to sort it out. Their manager called me back and said to bring it down. Turns out they put it through to Southport rather than back to Tweed.
I really don’t wish to go into my nightmare experience involving Jeep Tweed , Jeep Roadside Assistance and Jeep central customer service when my car broke down due to a simple battery issue as its long , boring and upsetting . All I can advise is drive straight past the Tweed Heads dealership and head to Jeep Southport and ask to speak with Todd or Ash if you want good service . I do love my jeep wrangler tho and highly recommend the car itself . Hope Jeep make improvements really soon to their phone customer service departm... read more
