Let's start with the new dealer manager, Bruce. Ive dealt with him twice and both times have found him arrogant, rude and speaks with a very condescending tone in his voice. When ringing today to enquire about a TSB for a 2020 jeep gladiator steering box, he laughed & told me that the other mechanic I took it was "dreaming" there no such thing, (VERBATIM) but when I googled this myself found that there was a technical service bulletin & that dealers were authorised to replace the aluminium steering box for a new steel one fr... read more
Its so bad that I would never buy a jeep again, in order to avoid dealing with these people. I'm now considering selling my jeep, just so I don't have to go back there again.
We purchased a Wrangler through Julia. This is the best service we have had while purchasing a car!! No pressure, just good service
Had the car booked in and paid a tow truck to drop it off. They made a mistake on their end and cancelled the booking. Still refused the tow truck and wouldn't look at the Car until another month. I was told to call the main line to sort it out. Their manager called me back and said to bring it down. Turns out they put it through to Southport rather than back to Tweed.
