Read any contracts you have with Pickerings/Tweed Coast Nissan. They added $2500 in additional financing for a pointless warranty that I did not consent to. Really quite devastating considering how friendly and accommodating they were pretending to be until the moment they got my sale.
A huge thank you to Kerri, Matt and Paul for being so amazing, helpful and kind to me as we have navigated repairing my car. As a first time second hand car owner (private deal, not from this dealership) I was distraught after finding out I had been cheated by the previous owner. The team at Nissan were more than kind to me during my distress and I can’t thank them enough for stepping in as figuratively parental figures in navigating this first car purchase. 100% recommend!
I booked an appointment to service an EV leaf a week in advance. When I showed up they said they don’t service EVs. Then why did you book it? Blamed their system, well then your system is crap. They made no effort to help. Were rude and sent me packing. Von Bibra is much better. Don’t go here they don’t know what they’re doing.
Service above and beyond. Paul is really helpful and friendly. I had a blue slip inspection - when I called back to check if I had left my wallet there, Paul remembered explicitly that I had it in my hand when I got into the car to leave.
Very friendly staff. Great service.
