They sell new and used cars, nothing out of the ordinary there. I deal on a secondary level with many of their used car customers and almost every one of them is super happy with the process of dealing with any problems or faults that may arise. All the staff are absolutely excellent, really helpful, friendly and super knowledgeable. They clearly have a happy and cohesive team.
Sales is ok. It's the Service Department that is absolutely atrocious. Never call you back, don't respond to emails. New car and have waited (and still waiting) 3 months for issues to be fixed that I noticed on collection of the car. Now the "new" GWM is being towed away as I type. Suggest you go to a different dealership if you want after sales service/help.
Callum was a pleasure to deal with; being in the business of sales for many years I can pick a bullshit artist. This young gentleman is authentic, persistent without being pushy. An asset to the business. Thanks for the service
