Very very rude, unbelievable. I am actually disgusted with how I was treated on the phone. I enquired to get something installed on my car. They then emailed back with the price. I said yep that’s fine when can I book it in and they emailed back saying they have Monday the 7th available and from then on. I then emailed back and said any Tuesday will work thank you. honestly one of the worst most RIDICULOUS places I’ve ever been. Horrible experience DO NOT GO HERE they will take your soul 🫷

Visited the office for advice, was met by a staff member who did not appear interested or sympathetic to our situation (which ended up being an easy fix by another business). Was advised we would need to replace our entire tow bar, which was not the case.
