So disappointed in the lack of communication- I didn’t want to resort to this but I email led feedback as well as Nadine regarding my experience. My email is as follows with names removed —— Hello, I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my experience at Tweddle on Tuesday, 17 March, during a settling session with my daughter, in Suite 4. Prior to this session, my husband and I had a discussion with X (with XX present), where I clearly outlined my parenting approach. I expressed that I am not comfortable with my... read more

I delayed my residential stay many times as I was concerned about leaving my older daughter and all my familiar comforts. I learnt to accept the sleep issues we have endured for 12 months and a continuous state of fatigue and haze. Before going to tweedle for the residential stay program to get help with my child's sleep I wasn't sure what to expect. My 1yr old son was co sleeping and breastfeeding to sleep. The week was hard and tiring but the staff were very helpful and caring. There was no crying it out. I want to thank Hannah, Amy, Zac and Sarah who assisted us durin... read more

From the outset, our experience felt generic and prescriptive, with limited effort made to understand our child, our routines, or what had been working for our family. Despite raising concerns, our child was allowed a five-hour daytime nap, which led to severe overnight disruption. Night staff later acknowledged this should not have ha... read more

We attended the residential stay with our 4 month old. It was an invaluable experience, and me and my partner learnt so much. The staff are incredible and special thanks to Donna and Karen who were so excellent. The facilities are also lovely.
