I'm very disappointed in the TWD Surfaces especially their customer service. The amount of revenue they make each year and their staff seems like they haven't got a clue on what's going on there. From the measurement to the install it was "we forgot to schedule" or "we forgot to put your measurements in" or "we didn't bring the right equipment", several times. We basically had to call them each step of the way or it would have taken months to get the countertop install. They offered no appologies, all we got was "that's the ... read more
