The Window Cleaners have been cleaning the windows and gutters of my home annually for years. From time to time, I have them power wash my house and most recently the unsightly streaks on the exterior of my gutters. They have always been professional, reliable, and most importantly do a great job at a reasonable price. TWC has been doing my windows for a long time. There are excellent abd very lovely to deal with.
I cannot say that I am happy with my experience with the company. First of all, the day the cleaning was originally scheduled, the worker didn't show up. There was no notification from their end and I had to contact them to find out what happened. Secondly, when the worker came, my husband had to take off all the screens before the worker could start the job (I would assume this should be communicated before hand as we were not aware of this). We were very happy with the service. The man that came was on time, removed his shoes, was polite and we hardly noticed he was there. The windows look fantastic now and he even removed the dead flies from the window ledges we can't reach. Thanks!
