This is my 2nd encounter with Stephen (TWC). 1st: was on my own through Thumbtack. This person is a great asset for TWC and people like me living in ohio and going through a whole lot of nonsense people. This man is so knowledgeable that he diagnosed my 1st Electrical issue right on the phone, came and fixed it just in seconds. Rick is so friendly, knowledgeable and professional!! We had our outdoor builder grade light fixtures replaced. They did a stellar job!! They even came back to put on some madallions under our porch to fill in the gaps!!! Great team! Guys are so polite and fast!!! We will definitely be using them again!!
