Im suffering from a couple of very complex chronic pain issues and my family doctor is helping me but my prescriptions keep getting rejected by the pharmacist, they keep faxing the doctor back to ask her if shes sure even though they don’t reply by fax, which makes me have to see the doctor again to get the same prescription- and this time she clarified on there patient will not take the two medicines together but they still rejected it and my doctor is fed up with this pharmacy. Went in today to the pharmacy to be told my prescription is lost and need to speak to the doctor. When i got in the room to speak to the doctor he was arguing and raising his voice at me. Not only this he was late to his shift.
Great customer service there lady good customer service
I’ve had consistently negative experiences with both pharmacists at this location. They have been dismissive and unhelpful, particularly when I’ve faced issues related to my medication or insurance. What’s even more concerning is the noticeable difference in how they treat customers—displaying courteous behavior towards some while being unnecessarily rude to others, particularly South Asians. Professionalism and respect should be extended to all customers equally, and unfortunately, that has not been my experience here.
