Staff always forgets yo remind of appointments. Terrible way of running their appointment.
Keeps Patience waiting if you are scheduled for an appointment at 2 you won't get seen untill 3:30 by then you have been waiting sense 1:30 so you are wating for about 2 to 3 hours for an appointment that should take 45 minutes and definitely take advantage Patience who don't speak up.
My partner has been off his medication after being instructed by the doctor and has been desperately trying to get help from them. They have not returned his calls and set him up with his appointments. He has been in and out of the hospital 3 times in the last few weeks, regardless of the calls he’s been making.
I’ve been trying to set up an appointment for weeks. They told me to get off my medication and haven’t seen me since, they won’t return my calls and my health is on a rapid decline sending me to the ER twice now.
I would never recommend this Dr where his employees are more important than his patients. After waiting for more than a hour because his receptionist forgot to log me in, he still wanted for me to wait for another hour. Worst experience ever, I will look for a dr who puts his patients first. Before this appointment I ended up in ICU because he wouldn't give me the necessary meds.
