Master Plumber Willard is a world class plumber and a world class fellow. He was first referred to us to install a water powered backup sump pump. Mr. Twaddell showed up on time, did the job with exceptional precision and at the price quoted. He cleaned up after the work, so much so that you could not even tell he had been there (except for the brand new sump pit and pump). Then, during Memorial Day weekend, we had a drain pipe backup.
