We did not have a good experience with TWA. Everything leading up to our wedding was fine, but our photographer, Gina, was very unprofessional, rude, and bossy. Several people at the wedding noticed her bad attitude and commented on it. She would even would boss around our videographers, and she would give us several directions at once, and then would get frustrated and inpatient when we did not do it correctly. TWA did a phenomenal job with making our dream wedding come true. Larry helped us from coordinating the when & how many months prior, down to the last hour taking beautiful nighttime pictures at the end of our celebration. The team was amazing to work with, and made us feel extremely comfortable. The groom and I are generally shy with pictures, but on our wedding day we were able to take the most wonderful pictures thanks to everyone involved. I highly recommend TWA for their professionalism and amazing communication!
Photographers and videographer were great. TWA Staff treated us well until they got all the money, then we were second class customers. I am not one to complain with reviews, but my wedding is one of the most important and expensive days of our lives and want to warn others of our experience. After we paid we got arrogance in emails, ensured us they had great album designers but we had to almost entirely change up our wedding album.
