I grew up with my mom taking her car here so when I started driving I brought my car here! Alan and his team are honest! They dont try scare tactics on women. They tell you what's wrong with the car then work with you on the best solution! Even living in Orlando now, I prefer coming to TWA and recommending them to friends and family!
Alan and his team took great care of me. Unforeseen’s unfortunately took place once work began, but they gave me a break on extra work needed. After the service was complete, a day later I got a personal text to ask how my car was running. I highly recommend TWA Firestone for your problems because they simply help you deal with them.
Exceptional experience every time I come here! Not only am I not worried about getting ripped off like I have in the past, they take the time to explain everything that is wrong and ultimately have a car owner make the final decisions. I feel at peace having work done from quality mechanics and a quality shop. Highly recommend to anyone who is looking for someone with fair prices and exceptional work.
My wife and I travel from FL to Maine in the RV we live in. No other tire store on the entire east coast solves our automobile tire issues except TWA Firestone. So when we can, we wait until we are back in FL to take our cars to them. Over 18 years they have not failed us once.

Only place I take my car to because I trust Alan White and Walter and Dave. I have never felt I was given a sales pitch like so many other dealers. Most honest, professional employees I know.
Alan at TWA Firestone stayed open late recently to help me when my van broke down. He also hooked me up with an Enterprise rental car at a greatly reduced price--saving us $400 off the lowest online price! All of the service managers at TWA Firestone seem extremely knowledgeable and caring. Thank you very much! We will be back...but hopefully not too soon:)
I recently took my Honda Odyssey to TWA Firestone with what I suspected was a transmission problem. Their lead technician properly diagnosed that problem as a faulty engine computer unit. Rather than pay $$$ for a new transmission they found a good used computer and had me up and running for under $350. Kudos to the team at TWA Firestone!
