Great first experience using TWA. Clear communication from the start, timescales maintained, and work completed without issue. Very pleased.
The service provided even prior to committing to the purchase of a dash cam was excellent in terms of advice, considering where and how to fit and answering all the questions I had. On the day of fitting the dash cam the service was again excellent and received a very good overview of how it worked the set up options they installed and how these could be changed in the future if required. It is seldom that I complete or provide feedback on service but TWA Autoelectrics deserve a thank you."
I am very happy with the service I have received from TWAAutoelectrics. I initially contacted them via email to discuss my options for the best audio system upgrade I could have installed within my budget (I'm not an expert on such things), and Jake was very helpful in providing me some options to suit, and explaining the options.
