I am very happy with the service I have received from TWAAutoelectrics. I initially contacted them via email to discuss my options for the best audio system upgrade I could have installed within my budget (I'm not an expert on such things), and Jake was very helpful in providing me some options to suit, and explaining the options. Fantastic experience at TWA. Very helpful advice from Joel when I made my enquiry, and then the installation of the kit was really well done by Jake. He took the time to explain the connections to be made and walked me through it. When I called the following day to check a few things, he took the time to explain it all again. First class service, thanks Tim and the team.
Had a dashcam front and back fitted. No issues. Few months later I changed the cabin air filter myself. I had not correlated these events at the time but the dashcam was losing power constantly. I went back to TWA Autoelectrics for help. They took a quick look and found the issue. The cabin air filter cover, when I replaced it, had impinged on the power supply to the dashcam. I took my EV to TWA Autoelectics to have work done on the air conditioning and for a service. They are really friendly, professional and helpful, and clearly very knowledgeable about EVs. I was kept up to date with what work was needed and how much it was going to cost. Very happy with the service here, and they will now be my 'go to' garage for any work that I may need done in the future. Highly recommend, especially for electric vehicles.
