just got my carpets cleaned by TW PRO. carpets look like they just came out of the washing machine. Service was timely and professional.
TW Pro was recommended by a friend and based on the good reviews I decided to give this company a chance. This was a huge mistake and waste of money. This is the worst carpet cleaning company I ever done business with. My appointment was on July 9th at 1:30 PM and Tremaine arrived at 2:20 PM. Then he loaded up his equipment and left my front door wide open allowing flies to enter my home. After he finish cleaning my carpet he yelled my name twice as I was writing his check, telling me I need to hurry up because he have anoth... read more

I was really impressed. They were early, but called ahead to make sure it was ok. The were fast and most importantly the did an amazing job. Our carpet looks 100 times better. So polite and friendly. Will be calling them again for sure.
