Absolutely love this company! Been with them for over 24 years. Shout out to Laurie for all her help for making our lives and transition to another province effortless. Great company and great service.
I’ve had insurance with them for over 5 years and they continually up it about a grand a year without cause we have never made a claim. Sick of this company, don’t use their services.
PATHETIC SERVICE ZERO STAR
I would give them a zero rating but I can't. First of all if you are TW insurance, advertise as such instead of calling yourself orbit on Google. Secondly, I spent 8 hours on the phone, initally asking for a bill payee to send to send the outstanding funds for my insurance to, they said only monry order of cheque. Then after two days it turns out I can send my funds directly to economical.... wasting my time and patience. Making a payment with these guys is like jumping through hoops in the deepest circle of hell.
