I just spoke to “Kyle” from orbit insurance. He was extremely rude, kept cutting me off when I was speaking .. tried to talk over me when I am the customer asking for help or what can be done.. I asked for a supervisor and instead he said there is no escalation that can be done … he was being condescending, rude and zero help… the call was recorded, it makes no sense for me to pay for insurance ( bundle package with tenant insurance and multi car discount) how does it make sense that I pay for it and I don’t live at that add... read more

I have been a client since 1999 and was ready to cancel my vehicle insurance after having obtained what I thought to be a better rate elsewhere.
