I had an issue with my car insurance policy and, needed some help getting it corrected. I contacted the company and spoke with a person named Laurie. I explained the situation and she said she would look into it and call me back. Well she had spent the better part of the Friday afternoon trying to figure out what had happened and how to correct it. 1 star. Extremely poor experience with Orbit/Echelon. I sold my motorcycle after only a few months and was still told I owe roughly $700 more, despite already paying over $1,000, including a double first payment. I fully understood how seasonal motorcycle insurance works in Ontario. What I did not expect was for Echelon to treat the permanent sale of the motorcycle the same way as someone simply choosing to cancel coverage while still owning the bike.
