We were looking for insurance for our destination trailer … long story short I had contacted several other companies and got a few replies but most companies didn’t even respond! A friend recommended to contact Orbit … Andrea Tedder replied right away and within a few exchanges of information we were insured! Andrea had a friendly personality and was very attentive to our every questions! She made the process a breeze! Job well done! Thank you for your time!
I have to say, getting a policy from Orbit wasn't easy. The generally long que to set up a policy, not having direct phone numbers to your particular broker, and several employees that just stop responding to you was disheartening and nearly made us rethink where to take our business. The whole thing felt like the endless loop caling cellphone company and explaining yourself all the time. That was all until Laurie Macedo was the advisor that called us back one day. Filled out a quote online .Eight days later someone replied said they need more information. The next day I replied and have got no response this started 12 days ago .. Why would anyone want to deal with this company… brutal
I received excellent service this week from Ema-Leigh Moore in regards to the transfer of my insurance to a new vehicle. There were several steps in the 5 day process and she was responsive by email, following through from beginning to end with me. I was grateful that I did not have to call again and wait in the queue and explain things to another agent.
