Another Resident and I waited to drop off our rent checks in the snow, while two maintenance staffers left the office and told me there was only one worker in the office. We need a better way to drop off our rent if you are going to close the deposit box. It also doesn't help that the online payment option charges $19 for using it. Please lower the fee or drop it for bills paid early. Also, on rent days EOM-3rd, please have adequate staffing available to collect the rent.
