This is a rip off company . We ordered chairs from a designer and we paid for shipping . The shipper dropped the off at TVI . TVI unloaded the chairs and opened them to ' Inspect ' .They never informed us of any damage . We went to pick the up and noticed that 3 were broken . For 3 months now we have been asking what they are going to do . Nothing . They just informed mw that I have to pay money for ' Receiving ' the chairs , but that was not on the contract , and there are $ 9000. of broken chairs . Absurd ,
