Attempted to set up an account so our independent automotive and equipment repair facility could order parts for material handling equipment. Intentionally reached out to TVH as I got to work with TVH another equipment repair facility and their site was easy to use. Requested to start an account back in September. Heard nothing. Look at their "Yelp" reviews too. Applied for a job. This place is full of clowns in their HR department. Don't waste your time. They set appointment times and do NOT follow through. They have a history of doing this, so it's NOT new. Anything from cancelling within a few minutes of a scheduled time to just completely blowing you off. If that's how they allow their hiring staff to be, imagine how crappy the rest of their operations are.
